Registration

The Amherst Figure Skating Club is holding registration for the upcoming winter season.

 Registration Dates:  Thursday, September 29^th & Thursday, October 6^th

Time: 5:00 – 6:30pm

Location: Amherst Stadium

We are excited to be offering the following programs this season:

Canskate – is Skate Canada’s flagship learn-to-skate program for beginners of any age that teaches fundamental movements and basic skills.

Canpower - focuses on balance, power, agility, speed and endurance skills, all of which are especially important for hockey and ringette players.

Starskate – offers opportunities for skaters of all ages to develop fundamental figure skating skills in the areas of ice dance, skating skills, free skate and interpretive skating.

Synchronized Skating – or “synchro” is a specialized discipline of skating involving groups of eight or more skaters performing various group formations and maneuvers.

Adult Skating – learn-to-skate program for beginners or skaters who would like to enhance their current skills.
